Cindy Beckman to Retire after 46 years in Insurance

Please join us in congratulating Cindy Beckman on her upcoming retirement.  She will officially retire on April 1, 2021.  Cindy has vast experience, gained over the last 46 years, in insurance.  She entered the business right out of high school and has performed in almost every conceivable position.  Desmond Insurance benefited from her sharing her incredible knowledge; she also used her experience and expertise to train the next generation of our team at Desmond Insurance. 

Cindy enjoyed spending her time volunteering while she was not providing exceptional customer service to our clients or training and supporting our team.  She would often volunteer with the Kentucky Symphony, support uniform sales at St. Pius X Catholic School, and make quilts and pillows for the Hospice of the Bluegrass.  She would like to spend more time volunteering in her spare time for HONK (Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky) in her retirement as well as devoting more time quilting and spending more time with her nieces (teaching them to quilt).  Cindy also plans to do more research on her own family to discover more of her past and collect family memories.  Lastly, she wants to travel more and enjoy retreats with her family.
