What is Agents of Record (AOR)?
An Agent of Record (AOR) is the licensed insurance professional authorized to represent you with your policy or Marketplace account. When you name an agent as your AOR, it gives them permission to review your coverage, compare plan options, help with renewals, and communicate with the insurance carrier or Marketplace on your behalf.
