How Do I Choose a Health Class?
Your health class is determined by a number of factors ranging from your health and health history to that of your family. Your lifestyle can also play a part in determining your health class. If you have been healthy all of your life, get regular exercise and eat well, there is a good chance you will qualify for a Preferred Health Class. On the contrary, if you have had numerous health problems or you answer yes to one of the following questions, you might end up in a lower, less preferable health class.
